Responsible for the integration and overall quality of creative work across divisions (Marketing, Digital, Web & Multimedia). This consists of partnering with Creative Directors and other creative leads on all projects, overseeing and elevating the quality of the work across multiple product types, and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are being met with premium design ideas and creative storytelling. Art direction, concept development and design for various clients in the higher education market. This included working closely with the content team to develop conceptual marketing campaigns as well as print collateral, website design and digital advertising. Managed a team of designers and sourced additional freelance support as needed. Presented campaign concepts and design projects to clients.

Creative lead for the label and international artist campaigns such as Jack White, The Dead Weather, The Raconteurs and Margo Price. These included album art, print, digital assets, social media campaigns, tour merchandise and branding for events such as listening parties, secret shows, pop up shops and local takeovers. Established creative strategies, budgets, schedules and work-flow for all design projects. Maintained the brand aesthetic across multiple platforms. Designed artwork for the label including album packaging, digital and social assets, websites, artist and store merchandise, packaging, point-of-sale signage, advertising assets and marketing campaigns. Hired, mentored and supervised the creative team. Established departmental guidelines, developed a successful internship program and doubled the size of the creative team. Coordinated all print and digital production, including vendor sourcing, project budgeting, time management and talent allocation. Received a Grammy nomination for Best Recording Package for Elvis Presley "My Happiness" in 2015.

Art direction, concept development and design of all visual communications. This included print and digital marketing campaigns, album art, merchandise, t-shirts, posters, photo shoots, video editing, retail signage, website designs, social media and other various creative assets. Tasks included initial concepts and planning, vendor sourcing and budget analysis, asset gathering, design execution, testing and/or press checks and final delivery.

Art direction and design for local and national clients such as Chinet, ServPro, John Deere, Oreck, Cracker Barrel, Brookdale, Royal Bank of Canada, O’Charley’s, Logan’s Roadhouse, American Born Moonshine and Tennessee Lottery. This included both digital and print media such as logos, packaging, invitations, posters, photo retouching, point-of-sale, menus, ads, website layouts, 3-D product renderings, merchandise, marketing and advertising campaigns, apps and social media. Managed team projects including concept development, internal review, client presentation and approval, pre-press, final execution and delivery.

Creation of all visual communications which included state-wide, multi-lingual informational posters, various marketing materials, and a complete re-brand, including logo, stationary, website and online presence. Management of the document translations department, overseeing all registered translators and ensuring that all documents were properly translated and proofed, notarized, completed on-time, and formatted accurately. Additionally, actively worked as a Spanish translator and interpreter for hospitals, government agencies and other various clients.
